Tegra 4 helped us create Bloodsword -- a new game debuting with the highest resolution textures, graphics and shading we've ever seen on a portable device. Project SHIELD is by far the fastest mobile device we've worked on and it lets us put console quality graphics on a handheld device.
Today, its processors power a broad range of products from smartphones to supercomputers. PC gamers rely on GPUs to enjoy spectacularly immersive worlds. Professionals use them to create 3D graphics and visual effects in movies and to design everything from golf clubs to jumbo jets.
And researchers utilize GPUs to advance the frontiers of science with high performance computing. But I really did have to reset my K1 after the last marshmallow update to get it running close to what it was with the factory installed OS. Sucked because like everyone else, I only had it running for a week or so, things were working great. After the update, a lot of apps west buggy and non responsive. Over the past few weeks after the reset, a lot of apps have gotten better, but I'm still experiencing weird anomalies when downloading files and other things.
I have a 64gb card that just worked. No problems with the MM conversion. Maybe I just got lucky. You need to remove both partitions then format the SD card as one single big partition. I tried that and it still wont work. Double check after you format it it's just one big partition. Then put it in the tablet. That has been the fix for a several people I've seen. I've personally not seen the problem first hand. I have this exact problem you're not alone I can download most regular size apps but some tell me they cannot be downloaded without external storage which is integrated Sorry I'm not adding anything constructive here but why do I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a device to work properly like it was supposed to out of the box?
I'm having problems with my GB SD cards too. Android does not support the exFAT file system. I've flashed my tablet back to 5.
I have erased everything on both cards using the tablet and are now in the process of reformatting to NTFS. Before I couldn't read the cards if I removed them from the tablet and then reinsert in the tablet. When the card is converted to "Internal" storage, it will be formatted wiped and encoded making the cards data only readable by that device , so anything on it prior would be gone. At the bottom of the list you should see the SD card's details, including the option to format it and make it "Internal" storage.
Once this is done, reboot the device and you can start running things from the card. If you don't reboot the tablet, some things may not work correctly, so make sure you do the reboot. I want the ability to remove my SD card and replace it in the future without completely [watch your language] my tablet.

None of the apps have a "Move to SD card" selection Nor can I find any of them when I go to the data folders. I am sick of not having enough room for games and stuff! I have freaking gigs of SD memory and the stupid tablet just downloads to internal storage.
Apr 6, 25, , 13, Well that is up to the manufacturers. Short of say rooting the device, which I am not a fan or promoter of as it can do to much damage. I do get the point of encoding the SD card when you convert it though.
The owner always has the option of moving the data to the actual "Internal" storage of the device and then converting the SD card back to "External" storage.
Did you try the following, and if so, and it didn't work, then you probably can't make the change. You can, however, move things like photos, music, videos, etc. They take up quite a bit of room as well, and that will free up some space on the tablet. I would also consider uninstalling anything you rarely use and clearing out the cache of things you don't need.
Like say on the browser. First, you need to be using a tablet that is running at least Android "Marshmallow" or newer or be able to upgrade to it.
Second, you will need the instructions I am including below. And third, you need a phone that has not been restricted by the manufacturer from making this change. Which does happen. NOTE: If any of the steps are missing on your tablet, or they don't work for you, then you have a tablet that either has an older Android version or has been restricted by the manufacturer. It needs to be blank because when the card is converted to "Internal" storage, it will be formatted wiped and encoded making the cards data only readable by that device.
Your SD Card will now be formatted as internal storage. Reboot your tablet. NOTE: If you don't reboot the tablet, many things may not work correctly, so make sure you do. When the card is converted to "Internal" storage, it will be formatted wiped and encoded making the cards data only readable by that device , so anything on it prior would be gone.
